The myKarat program as a fundraising tool turns old jewelry into cash for your favorite non-profit organization. Any 501(c)(3) charity is eligible to participate as a beneficiary. Everyone may participate as a donor!

Donor FAQs

greenKarat will collect old gold jewelry on behalf of participating organizations. We will refine the gold collected for use in our jewelry, and the charity will receive a check equal to 80% of the market value of that gold.

Participation in this program helps assure a continued supply of post-consumer gold to offset demand for mining, as well as a significant and meaningful contribution for laudable causes.
