Our Warranty

We warrant and guarantee the quality of our work. With your periodic attention, as outlined below, your purchase should last a lifetime.

To ensure lasting beauty and performance, regular maintenance of jewelry is advisable. We guarantee all of our jewelry against defect in materials or craftsmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of your invoice. Your warranty may be renewed at any time for an additional 6 months by sending us your ring for a ‘tune up’. We will perform maintenance, including polishing, cleaning, prong examination and re-tipping, every six months for only the cost of return shipping. This warranty does not apply to lost, stolen, or abused merchandise. Any work performed by a jeweler other than greenKarat permanently voids your warranty. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original owner.

Returns, Exchanges & Resizing

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. This return privilege applies only to products normally offered on the website, and does not include special orders or pieces identified as custom. Shipping charges and donations will not be refunded.

Most, but not all, rings are eligible for one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase. Domestic customers will receive free return shipping, while customers outside the United States will be responsible for FedEx International Priority shipping costs. We will happily perform additional resizing beyond the first 30 days for only the cost of shipping. Regular products which are not eligible for complimentary resizing will be indicated in that product’s description. Custom projects may or may not be eligible for complimentary resizing – please enquire about your specific design.
